Meet the Founder

As a board director and working mother, I know how easily the daily demands of career and family can crowd out our bigger ambitions—and our own wellbeing.

After years of relying on electronic tools, I switched to a paper planner and achieved more than I had in years, especially in my personal life. My goals were finally clear, visible and integrated into my days and weeks. Where my digital tools had kept different parts of my life separate, paper helped me bring them together.

As a C-suite executive, I mentored hundreds of capable professionals navigating those same pressures. I love helping people see what’s possible and watching their confidence grow as they make progress towards a life that matters to them.

That experience inspired me to create The HALO Planner: a practical system to help you take control of your time, act on what you want most, learn from setbacks and keep moving forward.

Happy Planning,
Rebecca

Why HALO?

Our mission is to put you back in control of your own life.

HALO takes its name from “high altitude, low opening” parachuting—a leap that relies on preparation, skill, and the right equipment. Your ambitions deserve that same support.

Dream big.

Pursue goals that make you come alive, balancing self, relationships, and work.

Banish overwhelm.

Create space to think and focus, putting your priorities first and filtering out the noise.

Improve every day.

Take action, reflect, and try again. HALO is your companion through challenges and success. Progress over perfection.

You have ambitions worth pursuing. HALO helps you take the leap, do the work, and keep going.

To make the big jumps, we need the right tools.

The HALO Method

HALO is built for doers. People who dream big, tackle hard things, and find a way forward.

Plan with the best information you have. Take action. Review what worked and what didn't. Then use what you've learned to plan again.

That's the HALO Method: Plan. Execute. Review. Repeat.

The HALO Planner brings this approach into every layout, connecting your biggest annual ambitions to quarterly and monthly goals, weekly tasks, and daily Top 3 priorities.

Allow about 5 minutes per day, 30 minutes per week, 90 minutes per month, and 3 hours per quarter to plan and reflect.

Life changes, priorities shift, and some weeks won't go to plan. HALO doesn't require perfect consistency. Reflect, adjust, and begin again.

Because a great plan is only the beginning.
