The HALO Planner is a lay-flat grid-based quarterly planner with layouts for quarterly, monthly, weekly (Monday start) and daily planning.  

The undated HALO planner has blank quarterly and monthly layouts in the front, followed by 13 undated Weekly Layouts with 7 days (Monday - Sunday) of daily layouts. HALO also includes layouts for goal setting, habit tracking and so much more.
